Digital Products and ServicesSubscription Services- Subscription cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of active subscription periods
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 14 days of purchase
- Refunds will not be issued for any subscription after the 14-day period unless required by applicable law
One-Time Purchases- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
- Products must not have been downloaded, used, or accessed
- Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, it becomes non-refundable
- Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content may qualify for a refund beyond the 48-hour window
In-App Purchases and Consumables- Virtual items and consumable products are non-refundable once delivered
- Undelivered or incorrectly delivered items may be eligible for refund
- Accidental purchases must be reported within 24 hours
Refund ExclusionsRefunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- After the specified refund period has expired
- For consumed or accessed digital content
